My boyfriend and I have been on the search for our first house for a good few months now and have been in contact with multiple estate agents, I can confidently say Hannells Mickleover branch have the most helpful, efficient and polite staff we’ve come across. I have dealt with Zoe and Laura who have been so lovely and dealt with everything so quickly so a big thank you to them. I do hope this high level of customer service and helpfulness continued through our first home journey.
