Not had the best experience really as a buyer, I have felt rushed off the phone at times when I've wanted to discuss things, the agent didn't introduce herself properly when we came to give our ID and proof of deposit and generally the staff on the two occasions I came to the office were not overly friendly or welcoming. I felt that the multiple phone calls asking for solicitor details when we were still waiting to know if the mortgage was going to be possible or not was quite pushy and then when I did provide a name, the estate agent got the solicitor details wrong in documentation sent out - this should have been requested via email rather than asking me to give a name on the phone (which then resulted in another company in Burnley being written down rather than Derby). In terms of booking a viewing, giving feedback, making offers, etc. this was all averagely ok. The only one thing I could rate as "good" service is that they did kindly print a contract from the mortgage company for me as I didn't have a working printer and this needed to be signed by hand.
