Lovely, professional staff. Listen to any concerns, usually action them in quick time frame. Pandemic has seen slightly slower responses than usual to maintenance requests (which is beyond their control really), but I tell them when it's a high priority and this is resolved as priority, so still five stars. Post pandemic, I feel response times for maintenance will normalise. Best thing about this team is any emails I send, it's nearly always same day response to initial contact. Thank you to Rebecca and Jamall.
