As a landlord I have been with Northwood for several years now. I have found all members of staff I have interacted with to be professional, efficient and effective in dealing with any issues or queries which naturally crop up from time to time. They are trustworthy in fairly representing all interested parties and honouring any commitments made including agreed monthly payments. I can highly recommend Northwood to anyone, whether landlord or tenant as the customer experience is first class.
