I have been thoroughly impressed with the team at Franklyn James in Limehouse. I have never had a full management service before but decided that I wanted to have one as my previous, long-standing tenant was moving out and with disruptions due to COVID I wanted the reassurance of a full letting and property management arrangement. Having lived in the area I had heard of Franklyn James and heard good things about them. I got in touch and Lee Alter was brilliant - he was able to answer all my questions and gave me some very useful advice and kept me updated at all times.
My property needed some cosmetic repairs before being re-let and Franklyn James were able to use some of their existing contractors to carry out the work, which was done efficiently, to a high quality and a very competitive price. They found me a tenant very quickly, which was very impressive given the timing and current lettings market. It was clear to me that they have a very good knowledge of the local area and the current property market and use this to market properties successfully.
Since getting in my new tenant there has only been one more repair that needed to be carried out and, again I was very impressed with the proactive and positive approach and communications with Anthony Cope and Gary Atkins at Franklyn James. I would absolutely recommend using Franklyn James and I have been very pleased with the value for money and level of service received under the Full Management for landlords.
