Property sale in Erith:
We instructed Village Estates to sell our late parents' property. Jack and his colleagues were very friendly and helpful. Due to various factors (Covid restrictions and unreliable buyers, for example) the sale of the property was unfortunately not straightforward. Throughout the process, Jack and his team were supportive and always on hand to provide advice. The property was eventually sold via auction, which was a great relief. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell a property in the local area.
