We contacted ddm after getting a valuation from another agent that we were not happy with. From the first initial telephone encounter to arrange a valuation, we found Callum to be so helpful. he was happy to listen to the reason for sale and to explain all our options. He arranged a time and date that was convenient for both myself and my husband as we both work full time.
On the day of the valuation, Nicola turned up on time and was kind enough to wait whilst I was on the phone and I did not feel rushed to finish. Nicola was so friendly and helpful and understanding as we were having to sell the property to pay for my mother-in-law care home.
She explained all our options and gave us a fair valuation that we were happy with. She also gave us all the prices that would be involved in the sale.
We did not feel pressured into making a decision there and then, we were advised to go home and think about it.
We decided to go with DDM because of how friendly and helpful both Callum and Nicola were.
We have sold subject to contract within the month and put this down to how hard all at DDM Grimsby work.They have kept us all informed every step of the way and would highly recommend the Grimsby branch to everyone.
