We have been clients of Nathan Martin Residential for almost 18 months and we have found them to be most helpful, efficient and friendly. Any dealings we have had with the company, including any jobs that needed looking into, we have been and continue to be very satisfied with the service. All queries have been promptly and efficiently dealt with.
During pandemic lockdowns they were always available and very mindful of our situation holding back on any works whilst we were isolating due to Sarah's medical conditions. If we could give more than 5 stars we would, Nathan, Robyn and staff deserve it.

They did not provide misleading information, however your office did ask them to play around with dates on the application which I have seen emails for. This would have been misleading. They tried to provide a guarantor with the criteria given but this was rejected. They tried everything possible to resolve issues and get the house. They should get there deposit back. ...

Just wanted to add to my original review. I have now had the property for 2 years and have to say I am really happy with Nathan, Robyn and all the team at NMR. Living in Spain I need an agent to fully manage my property and NMR give me that .
