A fantastic service from a brilliant estate agents.
From the moment we listed our property with Bacon and Company the level of service was 2nd to none.
From our initial valuation from Ben Davis, to Michaels amazing images of our home & the commitment by the wider to team to market our house which lead to nearly 20 viewing requests in the first 2 weeks, which resulted in a ful asking price sale.
I would like to acknowledge the sterling effort from Ben, who worked extremely hard to push at times a difficult sale over the line, his communication with us, our buyer, the solicitors & other agents in the chain had a huge impact on the sale completing within the time frame it did, Thank you Ben
