Northwoods have been managing our properties for four years now and their service is second to none. They are responsive and very knowledgeable.
We\'d ask that you complain to our Branch Director in the first instance and, if needs be, take your complaint in writing to our Franchise Office. Should you not be happy with the response you receive from Northwood, you can take your complaint to The Property Ombudsman.
