We recently bought our first property through Callaghan's. The house needed lots of renovation and many lenders were reluctant to lend on the property without a retention. Sean sourced local tradespeople and arranged for them to visit the house and give us quotes on the necessary work, to help support our mortgage application. He also arranged for us to speak to an independent financial advisor who could help us find a more flexible mortgage lender.
Without Sean I am certain the sale would have fallen through and we would have lost our dream home. Throughout the process he kept us informed and was always honest and reliable. I would happily recommend Callaghan's to anyone buying or selling.

Small independent estate agent and do not have the same faults and problems as many franchised estate agents. Genuinely care about the service and their client. Very professional. They keep on top of the sale of the property and update regularly....
