In terms of trying to buy a house through this company, was extremely difficult. Me and my partner was first time buyers and we found a house we liked through this company.
We was told we our offer would only be put through if we used their broker, and this would make us look better to the vendor.
Whilst refusing her manner became very unprofessional and agitated
Once we refused, she was not interested in taking any of our details to put forward to the vendor until I insisted she took them.
Put complaint through to the company regarding her behaviour, and they did not even consider or listen to our viewpoint.
My concern was mainly how I did not want another buyer to go through this and their experience ruined aswell.
After the experience I do not even go view houses by this company.
Totally ruined the first time buying a house excitement.
