This company is truly disgraceful.

I have attempted, on three occasions, to arrange a valuation, each time, they leave you waiting at home, at a complete loss, as they never bother to turn up, they do not contact you to cancel, when you finally get through to them on the phone (often they leave you waiting on hold for an unreasonable length of time) they don't apologise, they say, oh he is out and about, I'll ask him to call you, and guess what. You do not hear back!!!

Do not put your property in the hands of this incompetent company! It will be the biggest mistake of your life!!!!!!!!!

Considering we are still dealing with the claim with the DPS on your behalf and it's still being disputed months down the line I am lost at your comments.
