I don't usually leave reviews. This is rare exception. I have been surprisingly impressed with Balloon Lettings. I use the word 'surprising' because the service, professionalism, efficiency, care and attention I got from this company has been in glowing contrast that which I've experienced with previous lettings agents.
It is always a difficult time during a changeover of tenants – the loss of income, costs of maintenance/redecorating etc alongside the worry of who the next tenants will be. Big thanks to Ben Giles who really took the stress out of the whole thing. He advised me on what needed doing to my property before the next tenancy, kept me informed about what was happening, in terms of viewings, his advice on potential tenants etc. He was also very knowledgeable on legal aspects. In short, this was the most painless tenancy change-over I've ever had. It was also the quickest – just a week. In addition to this my tenants are lovely. It was a job well-done.
As I have already told Ben, I will come straight back to Balloon Lettings next time.
