I have been a fee paying client of Leaders for nearly a decade. The past 18 months have been appalling. I cannot express on how many levels Leaders have failed me. The high staff turnover only made matters worse. There has been little and inconsistent communication, false promises have been made, I have been treated like a nuisance rather than their source of income. I had little support when I needed it most with terribly difficult tenants, I had to employ my own solicitor to resolve matters and highlight leaders own failures in their processes. I made a formal complaint too because, on top of all of the above, they owed me money (over 18 months passed before they repaid me). Although I have received some goodwill payment for the very poor service, it does not cover the stress and amount of extra work and chasing I had to do. I would never hire their services for anything. The lack of professionality and at times the blanking were too much to put up with. No reply they can provide can possibly mitigate any of what I have experienced and briefly summarises here. Engage with them at your own risk!
