Leanne was helpful and knowledgable in the way i would expect someone in her position to be. What she did extremely well was find the right balance between keeping in touch with us whilst we were viewing and going through the decision amking process, by contacting us when she said she would without being over pushy. This made her easy to deal with, and easy to be open with her about our thoughts and decision making drivers in selecting the property we did in the end rent.
