I mainly dealt with Louis who clearly works extremely hard and has gone above and beyond to help the sale of my house go through. Initially he was happy to deal with my parents to provide a valuation on my house as I had multiple other commitments and this was never a problem for him. He has been extremely professional throughout the process and always kept me updated on viewings and offers with realistic and helpful advice. He replies promptly to emails and often would contact me in the evening, so that I was always kept updated without having to wait until the following day. Putting my house on the market was an efficient and easy process.
The sale of my house has had some delays due to Covid prolonging various processes, but both Louis and Robert were extremely hard working and persistent at keeping things moving along. They kept in regular contact with my solicitor and also would speak to other solicitors in the chain for updates, where possible. On occasion I would be updated by Louis before I had received an update from my own solicitor, which was fantastic!
Highly recommended estate agents that I would look forward to dealing with again.
