From enquiry through to completion, I'd just like to say what a great experience I've had as a tenant with Ellis & Co. Both Peter & Margaret have been great communicators. When any problems arose, they addressed quickly and were very accommodating. In summary they are very professional, dependable people and unlike some agents, they do what they promise. It's been a good experience and would definitely recommend this branch. Thank you

What agent could do to change your mind?
Maybe I would have changed my mind if I was personally insulted by a member of staff, that might've helped. Oh and maybe if I didn't get a constant sense of being looked down on because I was young and seen as naive then that would change my mind.
