What an amazing estate agent. When do you ever hear that? It's just Zoe and John at John Hooles Estate agent. There are no silly waiting messages on the phone, no chatting to someone random who hasn't got a clue what is going on with your case. They keep each other up to date so you can talk to either of them too. Just call and they answer or they will actually call you back if they can't answer straight away.
You don't realise how much contact you have with your estate agent, until you sell. So make sure you find someone you like. They are both lovely people and so unlike other estate agents I have dealt with before which are smarmy and try to wiggle out of doing any actual work.
Zoe was so proactive and helpful. We heard from our sellers estate agent that it was her that got everything moving and was talking to agents and others involved right up and down the chain. I believe it, she was so great at getting things moving and I trust her to advise on what we ought to be doing next.
Such a breath of fresh air. If you are looking to sell. They are the ones to do it for you. Their rates are very reasonable too and there are no hidden costs. At least there is one part of the process that can be nice and straight forward.
