Again, nothing but problems. Giving them 1 ⭐ is too much...
After my previous review they were soon on the phone asking about it, they seemed surprised that I could back up everything I'd wrote. Now in all fairness the lady who called was quite pleasant and apologetic (maybe that's worth the 1 ⭐) and said if there's anything I needed to get in touch....
And here we go again... I found another property and was required to get a reference from who I had my current rental from so, naturally I put Leaders unaware I should've gone directly to my landlady. I emailed Leaders, I rang Leaders, the company doing the reference check emailed Leaders, eventually after 5 days I got a answer from them and by this time I'd missed out.
AND.... on top of that, I stupidly requested info on another property from them to (again) being told it was no longer available even though it was "added today" on Right Move, so I (again) got someone to call regarding the same property and they were asked if they'd like to arrange a viewing. And AGAIN I received a call regarding a property that's "just come in today" and they emailed the virtual tour so I reply yes I'm interested to get a reply that it had gone.... I wasn't even surprised this time. MONEY GRABNING, UNPROFESSIONAL is all I can say regarding Leaders.
I'm now in the process of collating all my evidence including phone conversations and making an official complaint to The Property Ombudsman.

100% agree with your write up I have had a nightmare with them. And your are right about being passed around departments I now know the internal workkngs of leaders... Everything is a separate departments unbelievable and they pass you around and then have additional people to deal with it becomes a joke. ...
