Shannon and Ieva went over and beyond the Call of Duty to help me. I was shown patiently, with great sensitivity and insight, 3 exceptionally nice places. One of them in particular impressed me so much that I came home and raved about it. I immediately wanted it. It was well-designed and spacious and a lot of thought went into making it work for most people. The only problem I had was that this was the first place I had seen. It ticked almost all boxes, but by the time I got home, I had 10 calls and countless emails from other agents waiting for me. Amongst those was a huge period flat, and regrettably, I am truly not a modern design person. So, it was absolutely no fault of either agent that decided to go with an older 3 br, closer to work. They are brilliant and the courtesy and kindly way they helped me in my need to transition from a lovely but now overpriced 1 BR flat, was exceptional. Ieva gave me all her time and attention and Shannon has a bright future. Your team in the office when I came by were all cheerful and welcoming. So, again, thank you and I wish you all tremendous luck in this difficult market. Please make sure that Shannon knows she did everything right.
