Run away from them if you can!!
I was in a flat with a woman with a mental issue. Literally one woman came one day to speak to her and I heard her saying "if you keep hearing voices call me, your medication will arrive tomorrow". This woman was waking me up every 30 minutes with her noises and paranoia. I told the agency and they did nothing but send and email about noises. Useless.
Then this woman left and another one came. A 19 year Old girl. They just rent to proffesionals, no way. This girl did not have a job even and she was so dirty. She had mouldy food all over the kitchen, she was leaving her stuff all over the flat and she was taking home loads of people every night partying until late at night. They were ringing the door bell all the time and shouting. Contacted the agency and... nothing happened.
These people sign the same agreement I signed about noises and smoking and respect... but they do nothing.
Now I am sharing with a woman who leaves the kitchen hob on all the time with the risk of setting the flat on fire. I had to switch the gas off 5 or 6 times during lockdown because I could smell gas and smoke from my bed. But no one does anything.
Apparently we suppose to have a cleaner fortnightly but I haven't seen them since December. So I am the one who has to clean if I wanna feel comfortable at home.
Seriously, do not waste the time with this agency. Their website is full of false advertisement. You won't share with proffesionals, you will have to pay bills (50£ pm), no one cleans...

Avoid this company by any means possible!
If you want to be a landlord that doesn't get paid, or a renter who gets spoken to like a piece of dirt then by all means go with Ace Relocations.

I'm in a similar position - they owe me part of my deposit still. I recommend you report them to Trading Standards and let them know your deposit wasn't protected (it's illegal). 'Ace Relocations' have apparently filed for insolvency - they're transferring everything to 'Safe Relocations' - run by the same bunch of cowboys, but trying to cover up their previous mess. ...

I had the same experience as many people here. I went to their office to speak to them about a few of the properties that I saw were advertised on gumtree. I was then promised to view 2 properties that I really liked, which was the reason that I decided to pay the £250 sourcing fee. I also am in a similar situation - vacated a room after endless different problems and they are now holding back a portion of the deposit for no good reason. It's illegal for a landlord not to put deposits into a protection scheme and they can be fined for this and have to pay tenants multiples of what they are owed back - report them. The company are obviously very nearly bust though - all of the property owners that they had contracts with are slowly taking their houses / flats back from them ...

The worst company to have as a tenant in a property you own. Steer clear at all costs. They don't pay the rent, they don't fix problems and allow damage to property and they are incredibly rude and arrogant. Do not go near them....
