One particular senior member of staff was extremely rude and aggressive when we dealt with him regarding a potential sale. Previous offers we put forward were not passed on. We felt very pushed to make a decision and when we decided against the sale ( Due to very inconsistent and flaky information about the house) he became overtly aggressive and proceeded to be very rude and confrontational. We would NEVER recommend buying a property through Oliver James Oxford. They are dishonest about property details, attempted to cover up obvious issues with the property and was very pushy during the contact in order to hurry a sale through at an unreasonably high asking price. Almost immediately after we decided not to buy the property, it was then marketed for 35,000 less than it was originally priced at. Untrustworthy, dishonest and unprofessional. They clearly feel very confident and happy to treat customers with no consideration at all.
What agent could do to change your mind?

It was not 2 years ago, it was in fact less than a year ago, all our photos were used, which is misleading to potential buyers, and it features our entire flat and its contents as it was. I simply stated prior permission to do this would have been courteous. ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
David Wilkins was extremely slow to complete basic procedures, took excessive time off work, and didn't get back to me on my lease offer for weeks. He has shouted at me over the phone, used stereotypes to describe me when talking to my housemate and was also extremely rude when he attended a house inspection at the property. Jean Phillipe Pollonais did not pay his rent. He and his house mate were nuisance tenants and have been frequently reported by the neighbours to the authorities for their anti-social behaviour.They were smoking heavily in the house despite it being a non smoking tenancy.
