What can I say, Ian Walters, came to value my bereaved mothers property back in 2019. Due to circumstances beyond my control I had to wait for the property to be put on sale. Throughout the waiting time Ian continued to contact me periodically to see how things were going, which really impressed me and showed me that he wasn't just a regular Estate agent he really cared and is passionate about what he does. Finally late 2020 I got the green light to put the house on the market. I contacted Ian to let him know and within 48 hours Ian revalued the house and before I could blink the house was up for sale. I felt confident he would sell the house fairly quickly but I did not expect it to be sold in just over 3 weeks, Wow! This was a first for me selling a house, but Ian was very transparent and guided me throughout the whole process, keeping it real, and where there were the odd stumbling blocks he took the time to explain, and things were resolved in no time. I would highly recommend Ian and he is a huge credit to Martin Brookes and I would high recommend him to anyone!
I will be forever be grateful for Ian's support during this whole process! Thank you :)
