I am of course engaged by the seller and have an obligation to follow their legal instructions. On this occasion, the seller was not prepared to meet your timing requirements and it was very clear that you were upset over the delay. You made a decision to withdraw rather than provide some additional time.
That choice was yours to make and based upon the wider circumstances I doubt that many would be critical of it. However, you appear to have allowed your distress, anger and irritation with the sellers choices at play and their decision to not agree to your request, to become a criticism of our agency, and specifically, myself.
As predicted during our discussion, the seller remarketed their property and has since received a numbers of alternative offers to choose from.
I would like thank you for caring enough to provide feedback, of any kind. However, I really cannot agree to be responsible for decisions made by either the seller or yourself and do not agree that your 1 star review is reflective of the actual situation.
