RUDE and awful staff especially a man named Gavin who shouts down the phone. Never have felt so insulted, I really would advise all of you to never rent or buy from this estate agents, it will cause you nothing but stress and unhappiness. The whole company should shut down. They don't have a clue what they are doing and talk down to you like you are nothing. No respect.
