We rented a property via Countrywide Residential Lettings, they staff were not very helpful with problems and this was a managed flat!!

Came to leaving and their claimed to have an independant inventory done however very dodgy, also took them 3 weeks to return deposit.

I am having exactly the same problem - I moved out of a property a month ago, the amount to get back was agreed over 10 days ago, and I am still waiting. They also keep telling me it will only be 3-5 days. ...

can i ask how they they are involved in the dispute committee? it's a long time ago and am wondering if they have changed at all!! im about to dispute getting diposit back! thanks ...
