Initially we we're going to let our property with DDM, the advice received in itself was fast, efficient and very professional! At the last minute, and I mean the day before we we're due to sign contracts, we had second thoughts and decided to sell our property instead! DDM we're very understanding and made every effort to ease the issues associated with our last minute decision! Selling a house is not something we do everyday and having Callum as our advisor made the job very easy indeed! From the advice given on how to best present our house to potential buyers, to dealing with the solicitor, all information was friendly, courteous and very necessary! So much so that we sold our house within 2 weeks of putting it on the market! I appreciate that using an estate agent is not cheap but save yourself some valuable time and energy and use one... The results as mentioned are there in black and white... 2 weeks!!! I would confidently recommend anyone to use DDM and am sure all of the staff are able and as willing as Callum was! A big thanks to DDM and a big thanks to Callum! All the best for 2013!
