I contacted at least four estate agents for quotes to sell my late mum's house. This was an extremely emotional time for me. I instructed Thorne & Carter to implement the sale because when Henry came around to value my mum's house I felt like he had empathy for my situation and he had what I call the personal touch. He knew it was my family home and not just bricks and mortar. He was very supportive throughout quite a lengthy sale. He always returned my call and always listened to me, he gave professional advice and all times and furthermore was always welcoming and polite. I also had contact with his father and it was apparent that this is a traditionally family run business. I would highly recommend Torne & Carter for a truly professional and honest service.
