A professional business that has been well tuned over the many years that Paul Fosh Auctions has been trading.

I notice that mention has been made of Ryan in a previous comment.

I do not not if the Ryan I have dealth with is the same Ryan or not, but the chap I dealt with is very professional, cheery and happy to reply to my questions.

There are many reasons that properties are entered in to Auctions, but my point is that there is always a reason.

Buyers will no doubt be aware of the legal principle 'caveat emptor' which translates as 'let the buyer beware'.

This means in law that there is a basic premise that the onus falls upon the buyer to investigate the property before completing the purchase.

I feel that this point is well covered in the terms and conditions published in every Paul Fosh auction catalogue.

If you purchase a property in an auction it is both your money you are spending and your responsblity to ensure that you are 100% happy with the property before placing a bid.

Majorie Pennington you probably got lucky. They were not asking too much for a property already valued at over £120k which was already way below market value wanted to start bidding at £70 k. And then put fake bids down. So please stop replying to something where you know nothing about the circumstances. ...

Poor service from the start. Paul Fosh knowingly marketed a property in a dreadful condition and failed to allow a full viewing on 6th February 2019. Ryan, his agent with the keys, could not answer any of our questions. Now we know why. At the following ...
