I've recently left the flat I was renting through Gallant Richardson. I spent a year there, the location was central but quiet, and I had no issues with the agency. The couple of issues I had with the flat were fixed promptly and every time a visit or a viewing was organised I was given notice way in advance. If I didn't have to move for work, I would have stayed :)
