To say Edward (Gilbert of Golders Green) went over and above, would be an understatement. He literally bore the brunt of all my anxieties and stress and absorbed it all, maintaining a reassuring stoicism that saw us through the many ups and downs of the sale of my father's property.

When our first buyer pulled out of the sale, without missing a beat Edward had a second buyer lined up and helped steer us through to completion. Through his regular emails to the buyer and their lawyer (with me copied in) I saw his determination and positive project management skills in action.

Edward is a great communicator. From the first day he entered our home and won us over with is charm, his warmth personability, resilience and positive confidence was what I clinged to when things seemed to be goin wrong.

I am truly grateful to Edward for enduring my occasional outbursts and helping me remain calm during the process.

He managed to get us a solid price for our father's home and we are very grateful.

I would heartily recommend him and Moreland Estates to anyone requiring an estate agent.
