I dont even know where to start with this place...
Viewed a property on Tuesday evening with Jeff Turner. I sat outside and waited to speak to him afterwards (as someone else was also viewing but they couldn't move for 2 months) and explained that I would like to go ahead immediately, but would like him to have a chat with the landlord to see if there was any chance of a slight reduction, but i also stated if not dont worry ill still go ahead.
The next day I called the office in the morning (I have proof of all of these calls and emails) and was told he would call me back, I waiting until 15.44 and then sent an email chasing him up.... still nothing at 4pm so I called at 16.44, and I was told he would call me back first thing in the morning.
The next day I leave it with him (I run a car sales showroom so appreciate people can be busy) but obviously wasn't worried as I had said I wanted the property right, so he will get back to me i though....
At 11.50 I sent another email asking for an update, and at 3.30 there again was still no reply (this seems to be a common theme after reading there reviews) so I called this office, and to my surprise Jeff actually answered!
Conversation starts, hi Jeff its Lee regarding the property, you haven't come back to me once?? Jeffs reply, oh I havent had any messages and no emails, and I've let the property to someone else!!!!!!
At this point I was absolutely gob smacked, and proceeded to talk to Jeff about the process he told me to follow, and how i cant comprehend how we had a verbal agreement that I had the property secured (I was just waiting for him to take my deposit, which I offered to pay in cash on the Tuesday) and he has let it to someone else!!!
This is where the salesman excuses came in, he said the landlord makes the decision, and it wasn't up to him etc etc, but he dropped himself in it there, how can the landlord make a decsion?? Apparently he hadn't received any of my emails??? So how was I even considered???
Complete lies, absolutely horrendous customer service, and bearing in mind I work in sales (I run a showroom in whitley bay with a huge media following) its shocked me. If this lad worked for me I'd have him out of the door in a heartbeat, truly disgusting service by a snake of a salesman.
I'm sure I deal with alot more clients than this place, and every single one of them will hear about my experience!!!
