After viewing a property and speaking to the agent about all the parts of the property we decided to put down a deposit. Once the referencing was sorted the contract came through and it seemed that the important things that we were promised were completely false meaning that the property was not what was promised at all.

Hi Daniel I am so sorry to read your review and I can understand your frustration. We did have another offer on the flat from a viewing carried out prior to your girlfriends mum seeing it. I can confirm that no other viewings were carried out after she saw it. They were all cancelled as we had two offers and were waiting to hear back from the Landlord. Warren's let our flat quickly and were helpful with getting all the paperwork for gas, electricity etc certificates done so tenants could move in on tight deadline. The feedback from viewings was poor but overall it was a good experience....
