When living below the agency in a flats aged by pavilion it was the worst renting experience. Firstly, upon arrival the state of the flat was appalling, ring marks on the coffee table, mouldy mattress, light bulbs not working etc. When we discussed this with Shane at the time he was very apologetic but that did not solve the problem. During the tenancy, pavilion properties made an extortionate amount of noise which myself and the tenants emailed and spoke to them about. Instead of fixing this the problem worsened when they decided to do up the whole office without much warning as to how much noise would be included. (This could easily have been carried out in the month that no one inhabited the property) at the end of the tenancy after the cleaner left no one touched the property to ensure cleanliness as well as a deep clean on top of that to maximise the deposit we would get back. But of course we were charged for the mouldy mattress that was there at the start. When I emailed Chris to dispute this he just ignored it, really professional. I will be staying far away from these cowboys in the future.
