I am an investor and I knew what I wanted to sell my property for. I called the office and asked Ben how much the commission would be, I wanted to simply provide the information for my property to be listed asap without the hassle of having to meet with someone. I was impressed with the no faff service and response to my queries, there was no typical estate agent negotiating and Ben was happy to take my instruction without having to meet me or visit the property, which I was very grateful for.
I chose to sell through Starkey and Brown as when purchasing properties in the past Angie the sales progressor has proven to be the best in the area, she did not disappoint. I was kept up to date throughout and the sale was pushed through very quickly.
First viewing, offer of asking price, sale agreed, three months later the sale has gone through.
A hassle-free, seamless experience.

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
