Before the dust settles just want to say a big thanks for all your help with the house and excellent customer service, so often these days you are greeted by an automated service with little or no interest in your concerns and worries. Buying a house is such a journey of unknowns for so many and often an anxious time! I have now sold my house twice with Hannels all be it 11 years apart but have had the same experience both times, a warm friendly and happy to help culture. An evident cultural architect of this you have been! Basically thanks for being total legend! And if you get any stuffy peeps e mailing ever remember not everyone out there is a dick head!!! Far too many in life handed out the negative rather than the positive! So big thanks have a good day and 3 crispy crème donuts in the desk in the morning solves anything! Eliza was amazing!
