Being a first time buyer the prospect of going into peoples homes and deciding if I wanted to live there next was very daunting to say the least. And during a pandemic! When making bookings this was made very easily and all consecutively which was very helpful.
The staff at Bacon and company created an atmosphere (in person and over email) where I felt able to vocalise any concerns I had whether it be regarding solicitors or where I should put my dining table in my new home.
Emails and phone calls were answered within good time and politely. They were regularly checking in to enquire on progress throughout the paperwork process, and did what they could in their position.
