Met a new tenant where I live literally in floods of tears. She took a property with Harrisons in a luxury build in London in same building as mine. The property had been trashed and was filthy for move in. I have never seen anything like it in all my years living in london and internationally in serviced apartments. I helped her contact agent i think her name was Serena and they were so rude and gaslit her. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

Hidden - not all costs were upfront and we were only made aware of some through reading a draft version of the contract which was only provided after paying a holding deposit of £500. The way the queries around these fees were dealt with was also dismissive and unprofessional. I would have been happy to pay the fees had the whole experience been more organized and professional, as the process instead required a lot of hand-holding the fees were not justified.
