What agent could do to change your mind?
JLL really need to work on how their staff treat their customers and their customers' issues. When they are getting money from you, they are great, as soon as you have paid, you will be ignored. No company is THAT busy that they cannot acknowledge tenants' emails. Its bad management, bad hiring principles and giving the company a terrible reputation. It really needs working on as I wish to remain in my current property yet I wouldn't stay due to the letting agentsAttached Filesnbsp;

We were charged money for an administrative process that was not necessary and getting the money refunded was a task in itself.
