We initially listed with a different agent but after becoming a bit disheartened we moved agent and listed with Shepherds. We absolutely wish we had listed with them from the start. From the valuation by Adam right through to handing the keys to the flat over to Carmelo, we really enjoyed working with them. Adam was knowledgeable and friendly and Carmelo earned every penny of their commission in guiding us through or first property sale (and even with the purchase of our new place too). He was friendly, competent and professional throughout the entire process and we have recommended not just Shepherds, but specifically Carmelo to several people already.
