What a journey, we sold our property and brought our new home through Winkworth, from start to end they were flawless, from the first time George visited to value our property, to the first viewing with Helena at our new home to the calls and paperwork that Sarah in the office arranged it has been professional, friendly and thorough. Everything was dealt with in a timely manner from start to end with great rapport, feedback and updates along the way. We really felt we received a fantastic professional, friendly and efficient service from every single team member. However we all know buying and selling houses is not simple ... that’s where Neil comes in. Neil’s 20 plus years of experience becomes a priceless resource during all of the negotiations, solicitor interactions and communication up and down the chain. Not only did Neil update us on every move he also went the extra mile and communicated throughout the entire chain, without Neil’s , knowledge, perseverance, attention to detail and sales expertise I am not convinced this chain would have completed. Neil did everything in his power to get us our forever home and he succeeded, Winkworth are worth every penny and more. Our children age 7 and 10 even realised this and made Neil and the team thank you cards. We are forever thankful that we used Winkworth Poole. Thank you team
