Darren visited me for a valuation and set out a clear strategy for selling quickly and at a great price. The house was marketed on a Wednesday and we had 8 viewings by the weekend, 2 immediate offers and a sale agreed by Tuesday.
The conveyancing process was held up for several reasons but Darren was always available to talk to on the phone and did a lot of chasing for me. We came to a crunch point at the end of proceedings that Darren helped navigate. I think that without his attentive nature the deal could have been lost and am very grateful for his hard work.
I am very happy to recommend Jackson Maunders for their both their strategy and ability to get a great result.

What agent could do to change your mind?
