My partner and I were looking for a home to rent and we found a suitable option offered by Brookdale Property Management. They arranged the viewing for us very quickly. Then after the property viewing we sent them our application and received a good news on the same day. The application process went smoothly and we were explained every step of it in a very friendly yet professional manner.
After moving in we had a moment with the gas meter cutting out because of a cold weather. We immediately reported to the agency and the maintenance team came within an hour. We were amazed on how fast they acted to solve the issue. Turned out it was something with the meter itself so we had to contact the Gas Supplier and the agency kept contacting us so we would give update them on anything the Supplier wanted to do with the meter. For us it meant that they have high standards in keeping good records which is a great job they are doing.
Their team is very kind, professional, organised and effectively communicate with each other and clients. We would definitely recommend using the Brookdale Property Management services.
