Awful. They put properties online that they have already sold at the point of posting - default line - we have had 6 or 7 viewings (literally) and the seller is considering offers, and no, we can't accept your offer if you haven't viewed the property. I've had them decline 2 offers, and refuse me the opportunity to see a 3rd even though I called on the day of them posting the sale online. Perhaps it is me lacking in relationship skills despite being proceedable. I am taking them to the Ombudsman. Great for the seller I suppose, but illegal not to pass on offers with or without viewings. And irrespective of position, estate agency fees are enough to do semi decent customer service.
