If there could be no star rating, I would give zero star and minus rating. Pathetic customer services to potential buyers. Feel sorry for sellers because they don't value your buyers. Hence when potential buyer one day becomes the seller of properties, no one wants to use them as estate agency.

I rang several times to view a property I was keen on buying with out much luck and then was told a sale price has been agreed. Pathetic service would not go back to them again. Ever....
