40 A Richmond road , let wrong , managed wrong . Poor management from start to end including the ilford branch who let it and HAART property management to managed it , 3 weeks before boiler worked and washing machine issue was resolved - tks to ilford branch to check it or not i should say :) , also then 3 weeks for a switch to be rectified and also deposit not returned yet as branch is not able to contact landlord - how surprising ! while they were able to appoint a new tenant
