This company should be shut down. Likely being investigated at this stage.

Firstly the time scales were extended twice, not what we signed up for, not as you stated being fixed timescales.

Secondly, the buyer couldn't afford the 6k Fee, so I was asked to accept 45k, which they were conveniently told was my minimum reserve. The property sold for 51k, but the 6k Buyer Fee came from the 51k sale price, which the vendor (me) received 45k.

My solicitor found this somewhat troubling to say the least.

Thank you for your review.

We have no say in the exchange and completion dates that are agreed between the Buyer's Solicitor and the Seller's Solicitor, this is entirely agreed by the Buyer and the Seller.

If the Contract Terms were changed you as the Seller would have had to agree this verbally and sign a new updated contract.

Whilst we are sad to hear of your disappointment of the whole experience, it is to be noted that delays due to a conveyancing procedure (that is outside of our control) taking longer than normal, can only be chased by the progressor.

Thanks for your reply. But why using viewers names to make money. You cannot force people to pay with out registered on your website or made a bid on properties. You can put these therm on you website for your bidders so they have to agree before that. This is unlawful make this kind of list without this people knowing you have such a contract with vendors.
