Myself and my husband are first time buyers and had previous experience with various other estate agents in the Bournemouth and Poole area prior to finding our new flat through Simon & Co. Once we began working with Simon to get the purchase of our flat it was clear to see he is exactly what we needed as an estate agent, something we had not previously experienced. His approach and realness was refreshing and clearly set him apart from any other estate agent we had dealt with. He has genuine concern for the buyers and sellers he works with and he has provided us with complete support throughout, with regular updates and contact. He answered and encouraged our questions and quires, nothing was too much effort for him! We are very grateful for the support and service we received through this (what is meant to be stressful) time and would recommend Simon & Co to anyone who is looking for all of the above and more.. An estate agent that who is clearly great at his job.
