Have dealt with Reeds Rains Hyde on many occasions. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Wendy, Gaynor & Miles are exceptional. I have found them honest, trustworthy, professional, approachable on every occasion. Elita the mortgage advisor arranged a mortgage for my daughter and helped her purchase her first property.
Comment on agent fees
I obviously would like cheaper fees, however I found their fees competitive. Think you get what you pay for. Reeds Rains Hyde sold my property to the first viewer. Think that makes the fees worth every penny

What rubbish. We found alternative accommodation on the basis we was able to leave, and now you won't let us leave early because both RR and the landlords are too greedy to let us off 14 days early. Had we stayed the term then we risk a possibility of not even finding a new home. I will list the repairs I've undertaken myself at my own costs.
